That's a goddamn insult. I would beat that fatass silly in a boxing or kickboxing match, and while I would get taken down just as easily, my jits would at least be good enough to take advantage of one of the many spaces Hager gives up to (briefly) get up.

I didn't want to bet the fight since the only fight I could find of Jones was from 2015 (and he was hot garbage then), but holy shit, the guy hasn't improved one iota since then.

He needs to stop wasting his time training. It's not reflected in his skills or his body.
