Not when you're comparing someone who has never been knocked out to someone who has been 1-shot slept on multiple occasions.
Dawg, Serra, a 5ft 6 lightweight grappler, knocked GSP out so bad he started seeing aliens. What do you think TRT Vitor and Hendo would do? Dumb to even mention Bisping's KO losses in this conversation.

For a GSP fan it's interesting that you chose to ignore the other points I made.

I’m not big on bisping. I’ve perosnally never liked the guy and enjoyed seeing him lose.

I am clearly fading gsp.

Putting any significant amount on gsp is foolish when there are 12 other fights to bet.

mmagoodfella pointed out that the over line is only 20 points higher than gsp line. So if you like George just take the over or fight goes to decision.

I feel like you need to use strategy here and have rules when you bet. Gsp is too risky. You can’t bet on a guy you haven’t seen in four years moving up in weight to face the champ.

Watch this show, it shows you how to live that #elite bettor lifestyle, this guy is my idol.

Being the Michael Jordan of this business is well below my status as #GamblingJesus. My abilities have taken me beyond humanity and ascended me to the gates of gambling heaven, where the Lord himself blessed my bankroll and bestowed upon me this title as the prophet of the industry #Praisethelord

Ill give these amateurs a look if I get time though

1 time. Slept by the h bomb. Nothing to be ashamed of there.

I don't think we're in disagreement on anything here. I'm waiting to see if the line improves before doing just as you said. That's not really my point which is that you appear to be gleefully playing along while "shoulda stayed a" lurker trolls the thread. It's annoying. I see the reasoning behind backing Bisping. But until we see them fight, I'm saying there's no reason to be sure of that any more than I am sure of everything I've said about GSP and I don't see anyone getting "crushed" unless it's GSP grapplefucking Bisping repeatedly en route to a unanimous decision. Bisping might beat him up on the feat, but there will be no crushing to be had for his part, imo.

Props coming. Took Harris itd a few times before the -200s. Also playing Not Blaydes itd at -105 and ill make that a 1-2u play for the fight if it stays around that area enough for me to add to get that amount on it
Good call on Not Blaydes ITD. Like that a lot.

Masvidal - "And I've been eating cheeseburgers all week long"

I’m just playing around for the most part. I hadn’t heard the aliens thing before so I joked about that for a while.

But gsp really looks like crap compared to what he used to look like. He got knocked around badly vs condit and Hendricks. Those were really bad beatings that he would likely lose in todays judging

I don’t care for bisping but he is super tough and will put pressure on gsp. If gsp can’t take him down I think bisping will pummel him badly in a five round fight. Will gsps cardio be there? I doubt it. 4 years is a long time, especially when you’re getting punched in the face

Bispings just too big. His boxing has improved and he has cardio for days.

I don’t think gsp is going to have the timing and reaction speed to slip that great jab in like he used to. I don’t think he can maintain that great pace and take bisping down at will like he’s done with everyone else

Love bispings late round odds for finishing.

Picks (Not bets)

Bisping
TJ
JJ
WB
Paulo
Duffy
Ion
Harris
Gall/Brown - No lean
Blaydes
Ramos
Corey

Still big value on Duffy imo, expecting the line to get worse as we get closer to fight day

Agreed. Was hoping for better odds cause of Vick hype but still think theres big value at -200. Duffys boxing is sooo much sharper both offense and defense.

I think i like Masvidal more after listening to WB`s interview. He e is dedicated to so many thing outside the trainings, it looks like he will not be 100% in this fight. Also remember in one of his older interviews he said that fighting in UFC is only for the money and the thing that makes him happiest is training kids. Maybe after two consecutive title losses the mental part of the fight will be even more important for WB`s performance.

Re. Bisping x GSP, Bet365 has:
- Fight goes to distance: -150
- Either fighter by decision/draw: -140

What is the difference? Why would anyone bet the -150 option?

The -140 is not only better price wise, but it also covers a Technical decision which the 1st one does not

Technical decisions

Edit: Oh they're the other way around. Just an error in that case, happens pretty often at soft bookies.

I hear a lot of people trying to guess if we will see prime GSP on Saturday. I think this is really the wrong way to look it. Can prime BJ beat Antony Pettis? I don't think so. Can prime Randy beat Ryan Bader? The question is whether GSP has evolved, not if he has returned to his best form.
I think even GSP would agree his path to victory is his wrestling. The problem is he hasn't tested it against a top 10 MW in a real fight. You can of course invite a top ten guy for a hard sparring but It is not the same as going through a training camp cycle and fighting another guy who also went though It. It is much harder to take and keep fighters down today than it was five years ago. Tim Kennedy mauls Bisping but after a couple of years away he cannot take Gastelum down at all.
So Bisping either edges another fading legend or... GSP comes in with a completely new game and picks him apart, showing us he IS the GOAT and proving to me aliens experiment with humans.

Welcome back robbie we all missed your #elite posts

Would gsp be coming back now if bisping wasn't champ. He seen an opportunity to chance being 2 weight champ and get a bit of cash. The record books would show it even tho it isn't really. Why in 4 yrs hasn't he come back before now to go for either belt if he was up too it. Doesn't take 4 yes to get hunger back. He ain't gonna defend if he wins. He's thinking bisping then connor
And after Conor gets smoked by Tony it will be a perfect money fight. But you are spot on, GSP would've never come back to fight Rockhold or Weidman. He saw a weak champ fucking around with title fights and decided to jump.
