I finally watched all the tape of Vick and I agree that Vick will probably get countered and pieced up in the striking department. I don't know how much more value there is at -200 though. Since looking like a punching bag in the Dariush fight, Vick has changed his game up a little bit which might help him in this fight. He added a very long kick from a stance switch. And he looks to knee in the cilnch now. Duffy seems pretty lost in the clinch so this might be a good safety zone for Vick to limit the amount of time spent in boxing range.

Also I think Vick's got a better submission game. I don't think he takes Duffy down often or at all, but there's a chance that a TD attempt leads to a scramble where I think Vick is a bit more slick. Possibly low percentage though because Vick's chokes seem to work best against people trying to take him down.

Unpopular opinion alert:
JJ is way over priced and overrated.

She has no real power threat. Just pace and volume. Just look at the Penne tko. Penne didn't even go down. She was just a bloody mess from the bloody nose. They stopped it and Penne just stood there as if to say "aw darn."

Rose has more finishing ability than Joanna, imo. I said it.

Gonna be pretty heavy on rose here, be it ml, nsc, +points, itd, etc. Haven't decided exactly how I'll spread it out. (But have a strong lean.)

Also think people saying Rose is a quitter are reaching. Why? Cause she faltered in her first titleshot at a mere 22 years old..? She's a lot more seasoned now.

Am I staying she has this? Fuck no. JJ prolly still edges a decision or something. But the price is way off to me. And people parlaying her regardless of price are making a mistake, as I see it.

I hit the Rose scorecards = no action line earlier and might hit it again since it's gotten better (now +371). I don't see JJ finishing someone as tough as Rose (maybe if she's dead tired in the 5th, but JJ doesn't push a pace that makes people quit with exhaustion). And Rose is opportunistic in bursts to have a real shot at locking up a submission at some point. +500 ML is just way off too.

That sort of weirdness we saw in the Hendricks video is how one my close HS friend acts who used to be addicted to painkillers. It's pretty sad. Even Schaub admitted to being addicted to painkillers when fighting. This would be a possible explanation for the weirdness.

if he wasn't a pro athlete i would legitimately think he was on crystal, with that incoherence and hundred yard stare. something is really off.
