My sister is a RN and was shocked that she was ever allowed to fight. She worked for ten years at a plastic surgeon office and said one good kick to the chest could cause them to literally explode lol

She did say that the main difference would be what type of implants she had. That if they are the old school saline breast implants. Saline breast implants are filled with salt water or gel implants then she is very much at risk for a rupture. However if they are form-stable implants which are often called "gummy bear breast implants" she is at far less risk for a rupture. Crazy I now know this.
Damn didn't know they used bags of salt water lol

Me too, looks off. Maybe I'm just reaching but D.C. seems off. And I'm betting him. Hmmm?

The thing is, if you're gonna bet a guy who seems "off", this is probably the absolute best situation to do it. And what I mean by that is that while Rumble has a VERY clear path to victory (literally as clear as anyone has ever had LOL, and for the record I think Rumble does get it done) it's also a very narrow path. He's gonna land a nuclear missile and knock DC into Lake Erie, or he's not and he's gonna lose. To any version of DC. So the fact that DC might be "off" probably doesn't matter a whole lot. He's still gonna have a giant grappling and cardio edge, and he's still gonna have to avoid getting his face caved in.

Having said that, and favoring Calviillo, I do think that the odds are off. At +225 and climbing, I believe the value is on the underdog Gonzalez here. I actually cap Calviillo around -135 with the come back on Gonzalez being +140 at worst.

Agreed. I think a lot of people are sleeping on Pearl's potential here.

Correct. Also beneficial to DC is the fact that he is going to have approximately 36 hours to rehydrate. He weighed in this morning at around 11:00 am EST on Friday and his fight won't be until at least 11:00 pm EST on Saturday. That is a lot of time to rest, relax, rehydrate and mentally get your mind right.

I also think Rumble is mentally weak and many of his interviews amplify my logic as he seems a bit unsure of himself. He has a history of looking for escape routes at the first sign of adversity and DC needs to force him back into that deep psychological hole where he starts doubting himself and mentally checks out. A tiger doesn't change it's stripes and Rumble has a track record of simply giving up. Specifically he has a method to exactly how he quits and that is to roll over and give up his back. He did this a decade ago, eight years ago, five years ago two year ago to Rich Clementi, Josh Koscheck, Vitor and of course DC respectively. This is a pattern,

I watched this like five times and in slow motion – what a fucking life ass degenerates I have – and I just don't see what others are seeing here. I'm not being an advocate for Cormier but if you look closely you can see the shadow of his hands over top of the towel. He is barely holding on at first and then he releases after they get a hold of it — that's when you see the shadow of his hand showing that he isn't grabbing it or putting any real force on it from what I can tell. What's more, he had two full hours to lose a pound so I hardly believe that he needed to turn right around and start pressing on a towel to make the 205 pound limit. I believe he was grabbing that towel because if you notice after the initial weigh-in they drop the towel and exposed his ass LOL if I'm wrong I apologize but I believe it's getting blown out of proportion.
dude... its physics. if 2 guys are holding a towel across, it should be a straight horizontal line. look at the towel line. from the first guys hand diagonally down, straight across between cormiers hands, and then diagonally up to the 2nd guys hand.

QED Cormier put force on the towel.

DC/Rumble

For those looking to bet DC...

DC ML +120
DC Dec +620
DC ITD +160
DC KO +512
DC sub +285

There's one line here that sort of jumps out at me if I'm a DC backer (and though I'm on Rumble I might actually play this one small). Let's look at the fight:

It's extremely unlikely it goes the distance. DC just doesn't want to stand with AJ which means he's only gonna strike to set up his TD's. Assuming he has success, there's just no way Rumble's gas tank holds up for 25 minutes of DC taking him down and leaning on him. So I'm tossing out the dec line, no value imo. ITD will be how DC wins if he does, but +160, meh. ML no value imo due to what I just said about how unlikely it is that it goes to dec. So we are left with sub or KO. I am sorry, but these are off. Yes, Rumble gave up his back and got choked out the first time and for sure that COULD happen again, but it's equally as likely (or maybe even more likely) that he's gassed and gets stuck in a spot he can't get out of and DC just tees off until it's stopped. And there's always the possibility that DC is the one that lands a bomb standing and wins that way. He was a HW and while obviously he doesn't hit like Rumble (nobody does, even at HW imo) he still probably has enough pop to hurt AJ if he lands clean.

DC by KO/TKO at +512 is where the value lies if you are betting DC imo.
Also the Cormier rounds... Maybe 10 days ago I posted that I took Cormier rd 3 4 and 5 at +875 +1275 +1875 respectively. Nobody paid much attention to it... one guy even said "wait till closer to the fight those lines will get better".

Well now they are +650 +675 and +1550. I would not take any of those current lines (maybe a tiny flyer on rd 5). But I love the lines I got.

They feel like rocks, too. No joke. My friend got a pair back in the day (they were cheaper than silicon) and any time she would bump into me chest first, it def didn't feel soft

It would be a fun experiment to do. Just to see how much weight could be alleviated.

I'll check uit out..not a huge deal...I mean, he had 2 hours to lose 1.2 lbs. and he turns around and does it in 2 minutes. It's notorious like he came in 7 lbs. over..

And you talk about karma? Yoshiyuki Yoshida says hi to Rumble here lol

I just recreated towelgate and lost 6 pounds by pushing down on a beach towel, not even that hard. Only one person was holding the towel.

Whip out the tin foil hats boys!

Keep in mind that lighting has a lot to do with the following images. You have to use your own discretion to charge properly.

For us commenting on DCs physique, I did a bit of homework with compare and contrast and DC has ALWAYS been soft. Sometimes worse than others as you will see that he was never a Greek Adonis like Rumble. The genetics aren't there. He is simply "Black Fedor" sans Russian granny hand sewn sweater. Lol

The worst IMO @ UFC 200 and then vs Hendo 173

170 vs. Cummins then UFC 200 vs. Andy

Yea, it's designed so that if it ruptured the body would just absorb the water preserved by salt as opposed to fresh water which would go stagnant and be filled with multiple living organisms in your tiddies lol

Fight of the night..? I know it's difficult with 13 fights but Brooks/Oliveira looks enticing at +700.

Looks really off, but its always hard to have faith in Rumble, but im going with him anyway because i got good odds.

It's just bizarre that people are questioning this. So obvious. Cormier came in fat. Lost respect for him when he lied about it afterward to cover his ass

what do you want him to say? that he cheated?

Mark my words, Daniel Cormier is going to win this fight, it's not going to be easy but he will get his hand raised one way or another. Just like the weigh ins, the man finds a way. He's done it before, he'll do it again.

I gained respect honestly, the man needed to find a way and he found one, that's the kind of guy you wanna bet on, the kind that gets things done.
