That is kind of a myth that you need to cycle off creatine. Thus far i have not come across any scientific data that supports that claim and creatine is one of the most heavily researched sports supplements out there.
There is even no reason to assume creatine cycling has any performance benefits. Creatine is probably one of the safest supplements you can use. Maybe you got some information I don't have but to me there seems to be no problem with creatine in the short or long term.

Ill take your word for it. Stopped taking all supplements years ago. Still interesting its not banned though. Have a hard time believing its less effective for performance than the fuck ton of supplements they ban
