The funny (but really not funny) thing is is that if these issues happened in nevada the whole card including the prelims would probably still be intact.
 
To those wondering why they wouldn't make Jacare vs Kennedy. Jacare has said he won't fight anyone but the champ. Guessing an exemption would've been made for Yoel or Weidman.

Also, Kennedy vs Rashad was rescheduled for 206
 
Is staying under 173 going to be a big problem for Alves to the point it will affect his cardio, etc? I liked the style matchup for him, but might buy-out as opposed to switching to Jim.
 
What happen to the good ole days when a fighter simply texted ill step in and they were banging @ catchweight 5 minutes after.
