Just checked and the most expensive ticket is 354...not bad for front row/floor seats...when I went to UFC 146 back in May I think front row/floor seats were in the 850 range...Anybody surprised at how low tickets are for this? I know it's headlined by Rousey/Carmouche but the rest of the card is shaping up very nicely...here's what it looks like as of now:

Ronda Rousey vs Liz Carmouche (Women's BW Championship)
Dan Henderson vs Lyoto Machida (possible LHW #1 contender)
Urijah Faber vs Ivan Menjivar
Brendab Schaub vs Lavar Johnson
Josh Koscheck vs Robbie Lawler
Chad Mendes vs Manny Gamburyan
Neil Magny vs Jon Manley
Josh Neer vs Court McGee
Michael Chiesa vs Anton Kuivanen
Matt Grice vs Dennis Bermudez

To me this looks like a great card already and I would think they will add 1 or 2 more fights also. Thoughts on the ticket prices?

Could be one of two things IMO..

1) Ticket prices can be priced at what they feel like the value of the card is, much like sports teams price tickets higher for big name opponents; or

2) They analyzed the gate numbers in relation to ticket prices and think they can maximize revenues by lowering prices in exchange for an increase in ticket sales.

seats should be free for that horrible main event

Lol idk about free, but that's the reason they are low. I get the UFC always has title shots as main events, but not having hendo v machida go 5 rounds seems silly to me. The title fight surely won't get past the first round. 3 rounds is also a big advantage for hendo seeing as he gassed vs shogun, and is coming off an injury. I think hendo takes it now. Usually comes out strong.

That's bc it's in Anaheim. 146 was in Vegas.

UFC know the fans am not gonna pay top dollar for a Rousey title fight.

Well considering the main event is just a judo exabition match I find the tickets to be over priced!

This is the logical answer. Therefor it is unacceptable.

Anyways, I'm stoked for the event. I bet Rousey hits a flying arm bar 30 seconds in. Gonna be awesome.

doesn't suck to be me in february! not too thrilled about the main event, but i don't mind watching rousey live. hendo/machida is gona be awesome. not too many big events come to socal for some reason, so i'm glad we got what we're gettin

Given the money I make, anything over 100 bucks is pretty damn expensive.

Location plays into in quite a bit. Vegas is going to be far more expensive than Houston for example.

Apart from Hendo/Machida the card is terrible !

Yeah! That is worthy a 5 round co-main at least.

meanwhile in Brazil UFC Sao Paulo's cheapest ticket is $200 ...
