U.S. Drone Reverse-Engineered in Iran with Bombing Capabilities

You are trying way, way too hard here. None of those news articles bears any resemblance to this gibberish about terrorism and Western panic. You might as well find the face of Jesus in a piece of toast, if you really want it that badly.

You can't reverse engineer modern semiconductor electronics like that, and even if somebody could, it wouldn't be Iran.

I have little doubt that Iran could make a drone that flies, but that's not the hard part. Any nation can make a model airplane. It's a primitive technology. Making one with high-level avionics and integration with the controller is the hard part. Also, making one with high-efficiency engines, which again you can't just reverse engineer by looking at it.

Iranian scientists have been on the verge of creating efficient nuclear technology and nuclear energy and you're claiming that they don't have access to means of reverse engineering modern technology like drones? Lol. Sounds like you're forgetting Iran has friends in high places and that their scientists aren't as incompetent as western media portrays.

This is lol stuff. I'm sure a comedy skit could be done based around the Iranians launching their 'drone' on an attack mission.

They can claim all they want but until they actually prove the capability of the machine to foreign observers it's all up in the air (no pun intended).

Same with China and their supposed stealth fighter ; having the appearance of a 5th gen American fighter doesn't mean much because we have no way of knowing how advanced their avionics and software is.

Shocking footage of Iran launching its first drone into airspace!!!

Should've linked the Sherdog thread

People thought it was some propaganda stunt

Yes, that was the general reaction here and with the article. Imagine the reaction if Iran caught a Michael bay movie on satellite and started saying the us was planning an attack or it was a propaganda stunt.

Most people said it was a propaganda stunt and shrugged it off. You have a weird definition of panic.

I fail to see how Iran's failure to reproduce early-mid 20th century technology shows that they could reverse engineer 21st century technology.

1) Iran doesn't have satellites like that
2) Iran media is constantly fully of fear-mongering and propaganda about bs western plans to stop the great Islamic Revolution.
