Well, in my experience it is true. They thrive on labels. Most people do in a broader sense, but still. Sometimes it's not how exact and true something is, but rather how true you make it sound. Putting doubt into another persons mind.

I suppose I agree he said something silly like he meant it. Replace "hate" with "fascinated by" and it's more accurate.

I see what you are saying. However, it's a lot easier to be fascinated by something that is a term in a paper or pretty far away. As soon as it gets in your face, fascination quickly becomes very real and turns into something else. Biggest problem is if you can't label it. That kind of stuff gives people fits, because that is basicly how we cope in this world.

I do see your point though. He is a silly guy.
