hadnt seen those two sparing sessions. ricks is the man.. i love the pendulum.


The fight against duarte is the best when he hits him and Duarte takes his shoes off.. Rickson is losing in the beginning, looks like he takes a knee at first. But once its on the ground he has Duarte mounted and on his side.. If no one would have been there Duarte would be dead.

Would have went exactly the same way except they may have gotten a few more cuts and bruises.

i still do not understand how rickson does that armbar without them getting out. He leaves a TON of gap. But he must do something with his weight.

Not very impressive... Royce's technique is much more clean and controlled... I realize that these are not prime time clips, but still a man of his reputation should look a lot better than that no matter who he is rolling/fighting with
