in some places around here, some guys even use these when running in the park at the morning

Those are clips from a rare video of RIckson. Its a long vid that shows him rolling with Helio as well, i posted the whole vid about two years ago and was told to take it off or get banned. Shucks.
 
Rickson was moving very lazily in both vids........he wasn't even breaking a sweat.
 
I love watching Rickson rolling...he makes everythign look so clean, smooth and effortless.
 
He does the sweetest armbar. He's a fkn god on the ground.
 
i remember these fights... its the famous "rickson defeates 28 people in one day" video. very rare you can sometimes get lucky and find it on ebay.
