It's lost somewhere in one of the two threads on this but staff said the implementation is Monday. Meaning upon login you'd be prompted to set it up before being able to post. Human ego being what it is, they'll probably sooner double down than admit mistake. Or the company is ramming this through for some reason and they have no control.

There is a big difference between bullying someone out of a place and creating an atmosphere that is so very annoying, it's just not worth people's time to be there any longer.
