Twitter snitch-tagging

Yea or nay? Apparently there's a big outcry about people on Twitter about it. For those with lives that fortunately do not revolve around inane shit online, snitch-tagging is when someone starts talking shit about someone else through a tweet, without @Ing them, and then another person posts to that tweet by @Ing the person being shat on so as to make them aware, or simply to start shit.

Frankly, if you post anything online - and on a platform that allows tagging like that - your ass dumb as shit if you think people are not gonna snitch-tag as a matter of "proper form".
