Yeah, right since it first airing. Production had to end on the 6th final season because of Covid. I hoped they had wrapped it up before. Gutted.

Aksana might be one of the most adorable, quirky, preposterous, yet frightening killer TV has seen. I honestly can't wrap my head around her, but she is charming as fuck. Carolyn had one of my favorite lines of the whole show, though

It's amazing how in the middle of a seemingly serious investigation for an assassin, random hilarious lines like that just slip in and don't feel out of place at all. Definitely a great show.

That and Mr Inbetween are the only two shows to really have in hysterics...I've found things funny, but they both had me in tears.

She's just so unpredictable, I was reminded last night of her in Eve's apartment putting the banana in the sugar bowl, swapping all the CD cases all the while her her toothbrush in her mouth.
 
Watching ozark and turned off by the blatant gay shit that randomly put in halfway through the first season

So I was randomly reading this thread looking for show recommendations and saw this post,
fast forward and I just finished the first season of Mr Inbetween and really really loving it !

show is perfect IMO, wish there was more episodes out and that they were longer thats all lol,
anyway just wanted to say thanks for the tip :) cheers

Nice one! Yeah the only thing I can fault is there ism't enough of it...two seasons isn't fair.
 
Has anyone been watching Upload?
It's another corker on Amazon Prime that I can't leave alone, really funny but really quite poignant in parts too.

This Covid stuff is doing me in now entertainment, they've said there'll be another season, but no idea when at this point.

yes i finished watching that the other day. its AIITE

Finished ‘’caliphate’’ yesterday. A Swedish Netflix original about radicalization of people into IS warriors. It’s also has an American dub if foreign languages aren’t for you.

I recommend it due to great writing. The last episode alone is some of the best television I watched in a good while.

Hope it’s available to you guys.

Not a big Bateman fan at all; he used to annoy me; his role and performance have been perfect & Linney to a lesser extent too.
Great character & relationship development.
Just finished and series has not disappointed; it’s brilliant.

Yep that was quite an ending. Season 3 was probably the best so far.
 
Finished Ozark's 3rd season. Just absolute nonsense from beginning to end. It's so badly written, unbelievable and worst of all timid. It's a show that takes no risks. Pushes no boundaries. Has nothing to say and not a single original idea. It started off as a poor man's half assed Breaking Bad clone, and hasn't evolved in any way since. I thought for a moment the producers had grown some balls in the final episode, but no they did the usual tease then back away that has dragged the series down from the start. Just a weak, toothless, waste of time. If it was the Walking Dead it would be Season 9.

Agreed, season 3 was great, just finished it last night. I love the actor that played Ben, he was by far the best actor in Iron Fist and I really liked him on Banshee. The guy has some serious chops.

I dont care if you criticize I just dont understand why someone would watch 3 seasons of something they dont like. That's a big waste of time.
 
im struggling to get into Ozark. think im on episdoe 4 or 5 of season 1, but it just has things that annoy me - the blue/grey filters etc. Does it ever not look like there is something wrong with my TV?
 
Binge watching Better Call...
It took about 3 episodes to get into, but it’s brilliant. I’m in season 4 midway and the relationship/character development is great.

Series doesn’t disappoint in living
Up to acclaim so far.
