Does anyone know how to add heads onto gifs on photoshop 2021?

Used to have cs3 but it gone.

In my simple gif app,
I add png faces-body parts - anything
frame by frame, in the menu settings !
Or you break down the gif in simple
photos, and then you make
modifications on the photos !
In my AV are three gifs and one photo !
Probably yours has something similar !?
