Elections Turkey Election: Erdogan says he will concede if he loses. Says US is interfering with election

Al gore demanded that democracy be thrown put the window because ONE COUNTY in FL had a spike in mailin ballots, he even got the elector of DC to cast their vote for him, and that elector in DC got a small fine for doing so

Trump had to deal with every county in the country having a spike in mail in ballots , and Georgia and Arizona thought about perhaps sending alternative electors but in the end decided not to..

And their trying to arrest him for it, not the would be unfaithful electors, but Trump

Gore denies he lost, refused to concede, brought his case all the way to the Supreme Court and succeeded in having a legit bad faith elector cast a vote for him and all the DC elector gets is a fine

Trump refused to concede, no court would give his case a fair shot, succeeded in having exactly 0 faithless elector votes but they want to indict him on a felony

Lol you can't make this up

If the dems won they should have ended Trump right then, order a independent audit of all mail in ballots cast, including address matching and signature verification....I mean after all Joe got 81 million votes why not? Proving so would have killed trumps political career, even Trump wouldn't have survived that given the climate of the nation then..

His base would have abandoned him

But instead they arrested those who demanded an audit, and sued those who publicly stated they didn't believe the outcome

This is how you know they are full of shit
And this is why they are hoping a legal case will take him out of the running, because Nov 2024 is right around the corner and they know there is no magic postal bus, with 55 million mail in ballots coming to save them next year

Lol that's how you know they didn't get 81 million votes

{<redford}

100% - Trump's election loss was far sketchier than Hillary's or Al's.... but he doesn't get to object. I can't figure out the (D)ifference?

Lol hey protecting the integrity of the vote is the democratic thing to do no?

How many democratic candidates have refused to concede , in any race, in the last 40 years, and how many Republicans

I swear bro, these people literally do not believe history is real, they think the world started in 2016

They are unfortunately brainwashed

I don't remember Gore refusing to conceded or calling the election stolen.
That's because you don't believe history existed before orange man bad

Try studying something
He refused to concede and elevated his case to the Supreme Court DUE TO ONE COUNTY IN FLORIDA having a spike of mail in ballots.

They pushed back the vote to certify the election in the house for 3 days pending the Supreme courts decision
And when the house finally did meet to certify the election a DC house member cast her district's vote for GORE instead of BUSH Jr

Fuck man these people are just clueless they fucking parade their ignorance as some sort of intellect

"I don't know what I'm talking about but because I vote Dem I'm smarter then you"

Ok bud war is peace
The truth is a lie
And ignorance is intellectualism

Its sad that we have to question whether every right wing politician will deny the election results, ever since Bunker Boy followed by Brazilian Bunker Boy

Erdogan is about to lose to socialist Kilicdaroglu,

Ha this is funny!
It's the opposition that are pointing to voter fraud, well really vote counting fraud. Both mayors of Istanbul and Ankara who are CHP candidates are claiming that state run Anadolu Agency, who are counting all the votes, are manipulating the results because the CHP opposition party have their own data on the votes and they are miles apart from the 'official' count.....

Looks like Erdogan is able to do what Trump and Bolsonaro couldn't do. He might be looking to beat Lukashenko's record as longest running dictator. And running Turkey is far more impressive than Belarus. Certainly it seems Erdogan is up there with Putin as a candidate for the world's smartest autocrat.

On a positive note, it looks like Thailand will become more democratic in their elections.

"I accept the finality of this outcome"

was this pre supreme court decision or after?
If you watched the video, you would know.

As Gore stated, he may have disagreed with SCOTUS's decision, but he accepted it.

He did not claim the election was stolen.

He did not claim a foreign country interfered.

Once SCOTUS made their decision, he did what any modern politician would do:

1. Monetize your political capital
2. Become a consultant for a pet project.
3. Sell out to a middle eastern country.
4. Show up on cable TV every four years to give an out of touch talking point.

OK exactly my point notice I said "refused to concede the election and elevated his case to the Supreme court"
Again, I'm not lying I'm stating fact, I don't understand how this isn't clear

Sorry I'll make sure I use more definitive language to avoid any confusion in the future

However any rebuttal about the DC faithless elector getting a fine for actually casting her district's electoral college votes for Gore?

And Trump facing potential felony charges because Georgia and Arizona state Republicans thought about doing so, before Ultimately deciding against it?

Because in reality

The DC woman actually cast her votes for Gore and Gore didn't get charged and neither did she, she just had to pay a fine

Compared to Georgia and Arizona Republicans considering it, never actually doing it and they are thinking about pressing charges against Trump for it?
A thought crime
Vs a real "crime "

are you beginning to understand what I am talking about when I say this is an attempt to weaponize the judical system against a politcal opponent yet?
No rebuttal to that?

It’s almost like the US should lead by example. What we do or don’t do on the world stage has consequences. If we decide to take a break from or pull back from the world stage or shit all over our own country and laws (Trump 2020), then there will be other leaders in other countries that think they can do the same.

Far "sketchier" because of the complete lack of any evidence whatsoever? He objected 68 times and then some. Where did that get him? LMAO

Seems like they get together and share notes on how to evade prosecution make themselves appear to be persecuted.

Well we all know the US has never and would never orchestrate any kind of regime change in any other countries, and any claim that they would is obviously just disinformation and should be banned from public discourse, and we have a letter here from former intelligence officials and CNN fact checkers saying the same.

I'm assuming you're also accounting for the fact that it's now just an easy claim to make without any evidence in order to shift blame from an incompetent government?

Or is it cooler to just blame the US government because that's the 'thing' to do?

You’re totally remembering it wrong. Had nothing to do with mail in votes.

Anyone interested in what really went on can go read the wiki.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2000_United_States_presidential_election_recount_in_Florida

I love this part
On December 9, the Court suspended the manual recount, in progress for only several hours, on the grounds that irreparable harm could befall Bush, according to a concurring opinion by Justice Antonin Scalia.

lol. Irreparable harm. Scalia was really a POS

this parts pretty good too.

Meanwhile, on December 6 the Republican-controlled Florida legislature convened a special session to appoint a slate of electors pledged to Bush, as the U.S. Constitution bestows upon state legislatures the duty to determine how its state's electors are appointed. On December 12, the same day as the U.S. Supreme Court ruling, the Florida House approved awarding the state's electoral votes to Bush, but the matter was moot after the Court's ruling. Some have argued that awarding the electors in this manner would be illegal.

there were many irregularities in Florida where George’s brother Jeb was governor.

What is the likelihood of Erdogan being ousted as president? Is it hopeful?
