Opinion Tucker Carlson: "Open" to the Flat Earth Theory

So bigotry is ok as long as its against bad people and evil doers? So it really just comes down to who one thinks is a bad person or an evil doer. The average person considers a man who parades around children in drag to be a bad person and an evil doer. Therefore their bigotry is justified. Checkmate.
I wouldn't say that opposition to support of mass slaughter is bigotry.

Its hilarious to watch people flock in here to defend a guy who said he passionately hates Trump and called his audience what was it retards? Cousin-f*ckers? I forget.

Biden called one of his largest voting blocks 'super predators' and described schools with black students as 'jungles.'

So...

Bigotry is, by definition, unreasonable prejudice against someone.

Disliking everyone of Indonesian descent, just for being Indonesian, is unreasonable. Disliking people who abuse animals is not unreasonable and you're not a bigot by doing so. Understand?

The average person doesn't find transgender or crossdressing people evil.

Even among the Fox News crowd, clearly, they have exceptions. Rudy Giuliani dressed in drag and their God Emperor Trump motorboated him. Nary a complaint there!

And this is the other weird thing about the trans panic. It was never common but always around for a while, and no one really cared. I remember assemblies at school that had skits with gender reversals (played for laughs, though not very effectively for my money), like where the football players dressed like cheerleaders. No one was hurt by it. Today, rightist nutters would protest and call it "sexualizing kids" or some shit.

A yes absolutley bigotry is ok as long as its bad people and evil doers.

I consider WWE characters to be just as weird as drag. Does that make them evil? Being weird doesn't make you evil doing evil things makes you evil.

In the 1950's, which many on the modern right consider the "good old days" they look on with rosy retrospection, before liberals corrupted everything, one of the most popular movies was Some Like It Hot, with Jack Lemmon and Tony Curtis, where they dress in drag and pretend to be women. Very mainstream stuff. Other examples as well.

Yeah, and during Halloween as well. Kids used to cross-dress all the time during Halloween when I was growing up. Now some Karens would probably have a heart attack.

Probably had something to do with ridiculous notions like men being allowed to serve time in women's prisons, competing in women's sports, and confusing little children over their biological sex in elementary school, being legitimized or something...

It's just so strange at how ordinary people started noticing narcissistic psychopaths, perverts, rapists and child predators taking advantage of the trans movement the government legitimized, and recognized it as an issue. So very weird...

When you know your audience drinks out of the toilet.

I honestly wish that the people who follow these characters understood what these people really thought about their audience. It is not good or respectful.

We have evidence already, but you just know when they (people like Tucker) think they are in privacy, they are laughing uncontrollably at the folks who sing their praises and make them money.

Why do people want to believe the earth is flat? What is the motive for inventing that the world is a globe?
This has always been my thought as well. What reason would there be for this grand conspiracy to hide the fact that the earth is actually flat and make everyone believe it's a sphere? Who's benefitting from that?

It's an abusive relationship. It wouldn't change much of anything.

"One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we've been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We're no longer interested in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It's simply too painful to acknowledge, even to ourselves, that we've been taken."

- Carl Sagan.

This seems more like a war room type discussion than a fighter/fighting type discussion

Although FE people are nearly all borderline schizo, I know a few and they are well versed in physics and astronomy (at least from an education standpoint)

The obnoxious redditors calling out how "stupid" people like this are, are likely not even remotely well-versed in the subject.

It is a religious belief/justification. Add in the modern "science" culture and it really isn't that unbelievable.

You guys think that KO knocked any sense into him? I can’t imagine it made him dumber.

He isn't a dick or he isn't genuine? People believe all types of crazy things but I'm sure there are things you've already studied and can dismiss those beliefs off hand. Are you telling me Tucker has a degree without ever learning why planets are round?
Huh? Where did I tell you anything like that? It is funny that every lefty in here is so desperate to be outraged that every one of you has fallen for yet another fake article and chopped clip claiming someone said something they didn't. There's a reason "meidas touch" stopped the clip where they did instead of the end of the answer, and TS just put a - to avoid typing the rest of the answer. The part was certainly "edited for time" was "I'm open to anything, but as far as the curvature of the earth, that's a thing in shooting, and I like rifle shooting, where past a certain distance you have to account for the curvature of the earth".

To help you out, "Medias touch" are the brothers who worked for Ellen Degeneres and made a democrat superpac and chop up clips to intentionally deceive people for money. They're the ones who tried to cancel Joe Rogan a couple years ago with a clip of him quoting the "n word" to call him a white supremacist, and all 3 of them simultaneously shit their pants when Dave Portnoy told them he had one of their texts with their fiancee of them using "the n word" over their texts.

Not sure what kind of asshole thinks being closed minded and dismissive is a good quality for a journalist to have, but maybe if you guys were a little more open minded, you wouldn't keep falling for every single lie democrat donors feed you.

You fell for a goddamn "meidas touch" video and made a thread on it ffs. Do you think those grifters are at home thinking "that USA USA from the karate forum is so smart for falling for yet another fake video edit where we chopped another clip to pretend someone said the opposite of what they actually said"?

Literally their entire job is taking money from democrats donors to trick idiots and children on social media with fake video edits, so congrats on being in the target group that it's literally their job to deceive.
