Trying to strengthen neck for martial arts

Couldnt even break his posture he is just a back. A wack a mole of humans, strikes are futile.

From reading this thread seems like buying an iron neck and doing it from home would be unnecessary?

Definitely unnecessary but it seems like a cool device. If you're serious about strengthening your neck it could be worthwhile.
I've never used one before.

I think I can do some good without the iron neck then buy it once I make some progress
