I don't know what the cost of living over there is. Over here that rate is paid by restaurants and food joints that are a tiny fraction the size of Mar A Lago . And I live in a suburban MidWest town where cost of living couldn't possible be anywhere near the cost of living in Palm Beach Fl.

And even if he was paying them the going wage, it doesn't mean he is paying them a good wage. It could just mean other employers have also driven down wages with foreign labor. If he paid them a good wage, Americans would be lining up. Why does the Mar A Lago website say there are no job openings but then ask for foreign worker visas?

(1) He's cracking down on legal immigration, substantially

(2) Filing H2-B's is quite expensive and a luxury most enjoyed by wealthy corporations, while smaller enterprises also in need of labor go hungry/rely on undocumented labor (like Trump's not-so-poor ventures have done in the past).

(3) Why can't he just pay the market wage for domestic workers instead of requesting temporary immigrants because white folks don't want to sweat their ass off in a 100 degree kitchen for $7.50 an hour?

I know they aren't the same. He is being a hypocrite. All his talk of America First, criticizing Harley, MAGA, bemoaning about Americans losing jobs to outsourcing , boasting about bringing jobs back etc..

I se a lot of "if"s and "even if"s and "would be"s in your post, not very convincing.
 
Whether you support Trump or not, this is not right. The bigger issue is how any business is allowed to do this nonsense. These visa's are only supposed to be given out if the business is unable to obtain American workers to fill the positions, in the case of cooks and servers, there are plenty of people capable of doing these jobs in Florida.
These visa's are being used to keep wages depressed and screw over average American citizens. No matter your politics, we should all be against these visa's being used this way.

I don't care about any of that. He has always specified ILLEGAL immigration, most of us that support the dude aren't against letting immigrants in legally in controlled numbers, and this is exactly what the visa is set up for. He's not here to defend his actions, so I will ask you again: are you for or against allowing migrant workers in to work through the H2-B visa program?

Trump has requested 500 visas prior to this year since 2010 at Mar a Lago for foreign workers but local agencies have tried to staff Mar a Lago but Trump would rather pay foreigners than have Americans work at Mar a Lago. The reason is the foreigners are willing to work cheaper.
Why does Trump hate paying Americans? His ties/clothing line are made in China, I really wish he would do as he says, because that would put more money in Americans pockets, but he would rather fuck Americans to make a couple extra bucks.

That may be true, and I actually tend to agree, but he isn't doing anything that isn't done all the time by everyone else already.I'd be for changing the laws, but until then, it's just competitive business practice.

He has also prevented the spouses of H1B workers from working. How is it that you simply can not admit his campaign rhetoric and claims of supporting American workers is just not congruent with hiring foreign workers when he could have hired Americans. It's a case of Do as I as , Not as I do.

But he specifically sells himself as a president looking out for the interest of the American workers. The other businesses aren't doing so, their CEOs or owners aren't the President. They didn't campaign on economic nationalism. So if he won't change himself then why is he chastising Harley for building bikes overseas. Why is he slashing Silicon Valley's H1B visas.

A White House plan to ban spouses of H-1B visa holders from U.S. work will push about 100,000 people out of their jobs and hit companies with major costs, according to new research.

The Department of Homeland Security, citing President Donald Trump’s “Buy American and Hire American” executive order, has said it plans to exclude “certain” spouses of H-1B workers from work eligibility.

Those jobs aren't seasonal jobs, are they? They are permanent jobs lost, not coming back.
There is a huge difference between the two visas, stop pretending that losing manufacturing jobs is equivalent to hiring migrants for shitty, seasonal work.

And you still have not provided any evidence that the Mar-a-Lago jobs are being denied to American workers.

Mar A Lago is hiring foreign workers.
Hiring foreign workers = not hiring Americans
