ahhh yes. the whole fbi planted it nonsense. shame that him and his attorneys are refusing to make that as a legal claim. of course he doesnt have any evidence, or any witnesses, or anybody in the world going to bat for him. its just bunker boy outside of a courtroom once again doing his little poodle yap at leaves blowing by.
only an idiot would believe in this nonsense. but thats the kind of people he panders to and attracts. he can say whatever he wants outside of a courtroom just to try to rile up the chuds. none of that will ever amount to shit or make him look any better when he gets put on trial. guaranteed he won't be trying to make that argument as a legal defense. and guarandamnteed that he won't be taking the stand either. but he sure doesnt seem to have a problem making all kinds of outrageous claims and excuses outside of a courtroom and talking about it all over tv and social media. but they sure don't seem to want to talk about any of that stuff or make any of those kind of arguments in a court of law. how strange.

basically the idea, or the argument is that perhaps a couple of the classified documents recovered might also have client-attorney privilege so they are hoping that they might be able to find a couple of them within the bunch. they are literally grasping at straws at this point. it doesnt really mean much.
even if they managed to find a couple of them, they are still government property and not trump's. they are still classified documents. sure there might be a couple of documents at most that perhaps had client-attorney privilege out of the lot. if he comes under indictment under espionage act charges they will still be used against him regardless. none of the classification or privilege of those documents will matter, as its still government property and thats all they need to go by. its only if they are also going to hit him under charges pertaining to the presidential records act where things can get a little dodgy, and he would have a shot at getting those very specific documents excluded as evidence to be used against him for those particular set of charges.
its a hell of a longshot. especially after the 11th circuit already ruled against him and then judge cannon struck the classified documents stuff straight out of her original ruling right afterwards so that he couldnt legitimately appeal the 11th circuit. now he's literally writing to the supreme court proposing a filing that his lawyers herped up and literally begging for them to omit a teeny tiny piece of the 11th circuits stay so that the special master can take a look through it
its literally gonna go nowhere as the supreme court have been consistant in never wanting to take up these cases that are highly political and muddy. and theres really no purpose of it either. its not even an appeal. its not even on the dockets. none of the lower level of courts referred him there. and theres nothing left to really be decided on. its all just a stall for more time and perhaps trying to make a hail mary out of nothing. its nothing more than a love letter that diaper don sent over to the supreme court because he doesnt like to lose.
on top of that the special master has already made it clear that he has no intentions of even going through any of those classified and top secret documents because of how sensitive it could be to the nations security, and if he were to have to go over all of it he would have to call on this former judge of his who has the proper clearance to even be able to lawfully even look at those types of documents.
this whole thing is fruitless in merit, and completely ridiculous, and its all just another typical trump attempt to try to stall things out. but he's a desperate man right now so he'll try just about anything crazy to try to even just get on first base, or at least try to drag this out until he dies. he knows whats coming.

Trump. i really dont know why they keep doing that and expect to be taken seriously. diaper don and his overinflated ego i guess.

when one sends out millions of email that is called spam. i would say more then 20 is spam outside of internal business email. so she is suing Google due to RNC sending 22 million emails that Google handled as spam. I'm sure that they are sending them out to people that did not somehow opt in for them so it is the appropriate label here.

(Bloomberg) -- A federal appeals court granted the Justice Department’s request to expedite its challenge to a Florida judge’s appointment of a so-called special master to review thousands of White House documents seized from Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.
The order Wednesday from the 11th Circuit US Court of Appeals didn’t immediately specify when judges would hear arguments -- or which judges would hear the case -- but set a briefing schedule that wraps up on Nov. 17.
“Having consulted with the Chief Judge, the appeal will be assigned to a special merits panel from the classified appeals log randomly selected by the Clerk,” the court wrote. “That panel will decide when and how to hear oral argument.”
Trump’s legal team had opposed putting the case on an expedited track, arguing instead to have a hearing in January, at the earliest. The appeals court gave Trump until Nov. 10 to file his brief, six more days than the government had proposed but less time than Trump’s lawyers wanted. The government brief is due Oct. 14.
The order is the latest setback for Trump before the appeals court, which earlier rejected his attempt to keep the Justice Department from accessing about 100 documents bearing classification markings -- some of them labeled top secret -- that were seized from his home. DOJ argued the documents were key to its ongoing criminal probe into Trump’s handling of White documents.
