any judge who even looks at this filing wont even make it past the very first sentence of the very first page before throwing it out. they are falsely claiming donald trump to be the president of the united states. now i'm not a lawyer or anything, but i'm pretty sure that its a big no-no to misrepresent yourself or your clients to courtroom officials or law enforcement agencies, or to impersonate the identity or status of a government official.

not that this case would ever go anywhere even if they didnt sprikle that little cherry on top, but they're obviously making sure that it won't. it doesn't look like they put much effort and thought into this one as well. i'd be willing to bet that bet it only cost him a couple hundred bucks to have that one written up and filed just like all the others, and after he gets laughed out of court once again he probably wont even bother paying whatever divorce attorney, personal injury lawyer, swingset installer, qanon kraken conspiracists, or cheerleader of the maga bimbo squad that it was this time who herped that lawsuit out there in the first place. but its not at all like anybody left on his team would have ever seen it coming.

he's just made of so much money that his own bank cut ties with him and closed his bank account earlier on in the year. i guess they just dont want anything to do with the large amount of money he's going to be bringing in to them over the next little while. especially with the 1.3 billion dollar lawsuit against him, shutting down all of his storefronts, and being cancelled by all of the big box stores who now refuse to carry any of his products. thats some food for thought right there.
