I've had insomnia since I was in 4th grade. Tried every type of pill, homeopathic remedy, etc. I would get insomnia even when I physically exhausted myself that day.

Stress reduction.

On so many levels. Stress is a killer. Hypertension-worry about your kids, bills, the job you might lose, the idea that Putin's got his hand in Trump's pocket, jingling his loose change.
Freedoms at risk from an overzealous AG, someone dented my company car door, bitch getting in my face about some bullshit I didn't even do...
