Many are just benighted working class people that felt the traditional political class was rotten, and were abandoned by the left, opening a chasm. Many thought the left had deviated from central class issues and became absorbed in identity politics (i.e. woke culture) and shifted away from its perceived dogmatism and irrationalism.
These groups were exploited by Trump's rhetoric, which is tried and tested strategy, by no means new: crass populist nationalism, vulgar speech like the people, anti-politics, xenophobia directed against immigrants and migrants, entertainment, unhinged sophistry, and promise of return to the Greatness of Old Fordist era.
And then there are people who are just racist, homophobe, transphobe, ignorant pieces of shit that feel that now that Trump won they get to
finally say the imbecilities they wanted to say with impunity. Because, to them, free speech means the right to be racist, misogynist, etc.
These are not exclusive.
You are a paradigmatic case of a standard moron, uneducated, impressionable, who fell for the rhetorical ploy of the modern right. And judging by your posts you also are, in fact, a racist, misogynist ignorant piece of shit that thinks "transgender athletes competing in women's sports" and "illegal aliens" are actually central issues.
