How do you goofs not know that he's trolling? Just like the 51st state of Canada.

How do you goofs not know that he's trolling? Just like the 51st state of Canada.

Because thats what a president should do...
Troll the people and the media....

Btw he has said several time he is serious about Canada..
So is he lying, trolling or being serious?

"When asked if he was “trolling” with his repeated mentions of annexing Canada and making it part of the United States, the president replied: “No, I’m not actually.”

“I think Canada, what you said that, ‘Well, that one, I might be trolling.’ But I’m really not trolling,” he said."

MAGA truly hides from the fact that Trump tried to steal the election through a fake lector plot and then projected it onto Biden as if Biden were the one trying for the steal the election, and the cultists totally bit on the big lie like good gullible suckers.

So of course they are making excuses that Trump is "only trolling," because while that wouldn't be a good thing for a president to be trolling, it would be better than the truth here. That's some Hail Mary MAGA coping to deal with clear expressions of dangerous authoritarianism from Trump.

Trump has talked very seriously about this subject. He stated he has discussed multiple ways to stay in office for a third term with his advisors.

I voted for him and I don't think he dangerous at all.

And I hope they figure out to get a third term for him.
Right, but that's exactly the problem- MAGA's head is too far into the clouds to see that it IS dangerous to be talking about a third term; this is an authoritarian move to push the boundaries of time in power. How many other modern presidents tried to get a third term?

Cry harder. Must suck that majority of Americans voted for Trump are a malcontent, dumb, sad human being who will never amount to anything in life. LOL
Must really suck to have to lie about Trump’s electoral prowess on a karate forum. Trump lost the popular vote twice. He won a plurality one time— in a 2 party election.

There are a handful throughout American history who flirted with the idea (Grant, Cleveland, Wilson) but ultimately, only Theodore and Franklin Roosevelt whom are incidentally both top five all-time POTUS material. In TR's case, he voluntarily stepped down and honored the precedent. His run for a third term came after four years out of power and as a third-party candidate after his protege (Taft) reneged on agenda promises. He outperformed him in the election (only time in US history a 3rd party has done that), but it split the vote and Woodrow Wilson was elected president. FDR just straight-up kept running with no apologies or fucks to give, and he steamrolled every challenger put in front of him. This is what an actual "mandate" looks like.

After that, the 22nd Amendment was promptly proposed and approved by Congress in 1947 and then ratified by a requisite number of state legislatures in 1951.

No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.

Being a retard shouldn't make you proud.

Its incredible isn't it? These people claim to hate 'the libs' and they are willing to base their entire philosophy around the principle 'if it annoys the libs, I'll go with it'.

Seemingly they are unware that in doing so, they and their personalities become entirely parasitic upon the thing that they claim to despise, their entire personalities become 'whatever is opposite to the libs' no matter the consequences.

The phrase 'living in their heads rent-free' doesn't even cover it, and yet they throw the phrase 'derangement syndrome' around as though their rationale is completely rational and clear-headed. You've got chuds who've quadrupled their intake of saturated fats just to 'own the libs' by dying prematurely of heart disease (and not entirely coincidentally, doing their masters a favour by removing themselves as liabilities to social security, pensions and so on.....)

Its an incredible self-own, to elect a man who is inimical to their best interests and not only elect but entirely uncritically worship him, and watch cheering as he takes away, piece by piece, every bit of the minimal social safety nets that were only ever set up BY libs, to protect the poor and uneducated.

RIght, I was talking about recent presidents. The debate right now is the ambiguity between the 12th and 22nd Amendment on this, which would require a court ruling.

Excellent summary of the American idiocracy Maga-supporters have contributed to.

Trump is 80, wearing way more make up then ever. Trump arteries are not ready for a 3rd term.
Look at Trumps speeches in 2016 and look at them now, the dude is Sundowning right before our eyes.
How about in 2028 we finally elect someone who is not a Sundowning old man, unlike the last 8 years which has been sundowning old men.

Illegal deportations without due process, attacks on scientific and academic institutions, disregard for human rights, overt teasing of unconstitutional reelection aspirations, amount both to a provocation and an ongoing probing of the frontiers of acceptable political transgression, part of a strategy of undermining democratic polity. Because politics has become a sport, people will tolerate and even endorse anything to draw enjoyment from others appalled at what he is doing.

In his embrace of unhinged populism, and as the ornate discourse of left moralism loses credibility, Trump's unapologetic stupidity represents for his supporters an integrity that resists all lying. Which is why calling Trump out on his lies is predictably ineffective, preaching to the choir: for his supporters, Trump lying is still more honest than any traditional politician 'pretending' to say the truth. People don't believe in what Trump says, they believe in him. Whatever he says or does the response was "Well, he is still more honest than the filthy liberals!"

It is clear that this "still" is not a constant but an infinitely expansible variable, an insurmountable chasm. No matter how many lies come about, or how many disastrous or unconstitutional things he does, Trump will always be, still, more honest than the alternative.

Similarly, the message now is "Constitutional rights and democracy does not matter to us", because the defense of democracy belongs and has belonged, for some time, to the crooked, discredited leftist political establishment. Thus, it doesn't matter that the administration is doing unconstitutional things, or even deploying fascist symbology.

Anything that injures or appalls the enemy is thereby welcome with joy: defamation, overt racism, Nazi salutes, every trope or symbol, lie or evil, is weaponry to draw jouissance from the other's defeat. Pointing at these in outrage only sparks again, the predictable: "Haha! We still won. Cry harder!"

This is the natural conclusion of the "culture wars" and "post-truth" culture.
The uncanny truth, hard as it is to swallow for most people, is that a lot of people not only prefer Trump over Kamala, but over democracy. Because, of course, the truth of democracy has always been oligarchy or plutocracy. Trump thus continues to exploit not only the failures of the welfare state, but the defrauded trust in democratic institutions and the traditional political class that claims to stand for democracy.

Unhinged populism converges in the willful delegation of power to centralized governance by the civil population.

At what point do all you people that voted for Trump and/or support him currently, admit he is dangerous?
At what point do you realize why you are known as "the stupids"?

That's why they are known as "The Stupids". No matter how ridiculous the statements are, they will just eat them up and proudly express their outrage and righteousness over them without a clue.

they are cowards too scared to face the reality the person they voted for wants a third term and gives zero fucks about the rule of law

The “trolling” angle is one big coping mechanism

Or maybe they hope deep down he does it so they can see libs get mad while their country crumbles

They operate on “feels”
