Or he's just a sperg with low impulse control. I mean, there are rumors that he got into a bit of a scuffle with one of cabinet members over that bill, and that's where his eye injury came from. It's more believable than the story he came up with about his son punching him in the face. He also might've realized for the first time, he was taking on someone more powerful than him and folded.

As for the allegation, he was careful enough with his words not to get sued, but the implication was there. One in a position such as Musk, might have some regret after implying that the most powerful man in the world is a diddler. Not exactly a normal spat with one of his competitors. Trump could fuck him six ways from Sunday with the stroke of a pen.
