Russia is continuing its assault on Ukraine almost mocking Trump's previous threats.
India was recently slapped a 50% tariff for no reason. You can say it's because they purchased Russian crude oil and so they are being punished for it, but Trump is doing nothing to Russia and has not done anything to China who are also buying Russian crude oil. Could it be because Modi refused to endorse Trump for a nobel peace prize for his intervention in mounting escalations between Pakistan and India, and Pakistan endorsed Trump for the prize? Lots of speculation that it could be for that.

It was a scheduled summit, but they had a military parade and were seen smiling, laughing and having an overall good time. Contrast that with Putin and Trump's meeting in Alaska which was a complete an utter fail.

There is a clear symboilc momentum shift against the West. USA used to keep those 3 countries in check largely thanks to its economic and military force, and its soft power all throughout the world, but the USA has shit that away in the forms of tariffs and threats to invade fellow NATO members, among other displays of arrogance and bullying of its friends. The timing is good for China, Russia and India to ally against us.

the finest fighters i ever saw in my life were 120 lbs vietnamese. ultra disciplined, brave, didn't shit their pants. that part of the world is not without grit. the chinese do have that type as well. i never look at taking taiwan as a military problem for Beijing, but as a political one.

China hasn't had to deal with heavy casualties since Korea. British and Americans have more experience of dealing with soldiers coming home in body bags than China does.
