You understand that Mueller cited 'stupidity' of Trump at el as a reason he did not ultimate charge them?

He said he might not be able to prove they knew what the campaign law said with regards to taking such info and that it broke the campaign finance law and INTENT is key to that law. You must know.

Trump can no longer say he does not know. He obviously had an entire Mueller investigation telling him it was wrong. Read the tweet I posted upthread as the Chair of Elections has now TWICE said 'let me make this clear... it's illegal' and Don McGahn also told him it was before quitting.

So the big difference now is he does not have the stupidity defense.

I mean he does generally as he is stupid as fuck. But it cannot be used as a defense.

They are attempting to use these weird things that they say “are the same as subpoenas” but aren’t legal subpoenas. And that’s not gonna fly.
