Yeah, because he took their ruling and changed his policy to remove the "unconstitutional" parts. That's not defying the courts or constitution.

The right were correct all along. The left ignored the morons on the right and instead took their cues from the obvious charlatans in the media and agreed with willful and arrogant glee when they heard the media and Democrat politicians say Biden was sharp as a tack.

I see a president doing PRESS CONFERENCES (you know what those are, right? It's been a while under Biden so you may have forgotten) where he is publicly signing orders (no autopen here) where he gives the opportunity for his experts to explain them, not to him, but TO THE COUNTRY.
I know you prefer Biden's style of presidency where these actions are drafted and signed in secrecy without even knowing if the president signed them. Trump is different.
Perhaps transparency isn't a priority for you.

I loved how shook Trump got after being called TACO by a reporter. I know nothing about Neurology , Dementia or age related cognitive decline-
But one thing that always differentiated Biden from Trump was, Trump has been unintelligible and incoherent for a very long time.
His niece, a psychiatrist, has stated he a learning disability that was never addressed.
Trump says something unintelligible and it gets brushed under the rug, but if a aged loved one said the things he did, you would seek help for them.
In my sherbro assessment trumps incoherence may not be purely age related, but derangement (as his niece has suggested) maybe a combination of both?

According to Trump, Biden was murdered so technically it was Biden's clone using the Auto-pen.
