To be fair, I think he's talking about the old axiom that "everything happens for a reason and for the greater good". I'm sure he would've preferred not to get teh Rona, but now that he has he has a far better understanding of the treatment process and feels very confident in the advances that have been made. I haven't drank the Koolaid about Trump myself so seemed like a pretty reasonable set of statements to me.

It’s basically a normal comment from a person of faith. And Trump is generally a pretty positive person - always has been.
