Trump on anti-Semitic attacks: 'Sometimes it's the reverse'

This will be another case where 100% of observers understand what he's saying and agree with him but 75% pretend to be "outraged". Have fun playing along.

the juwes are not to be blamed for nothing

According to reports, Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro said Trump indicated that the recent wave of anti-Semitic threats might have come from "the reverse" to "make others look bad." Shapiro was one of the attorney generals who met with the president in Washington on Tuesday.

Trump can be his own worse enemy sometimes. I really think this isn't a worthwhile direction to take. Just keep the answers simple and don't make more trouble/controversy for controversies sake.

Reverse as in Jews being taken out of the ovens as opposed to put in the ovens? Am I doing this right, Trump?

"That's going on your headstone"....

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA... What a sorry attempt at grandstanding.
Whatever makes you change your panties, dude. I see you're choosing the position that's it appropriate for the President to suggest Jewish false flag conspiracies too?

the israel military aid package

Obama fan boys always bring that up.

The former POSOTS only agreed to what congress approved if he vetoed it. It would of been override

So again he didn't do shit.

I think he may be saying things like that Jewish girl that drew swastikas around her dorm and blamed it on neonazis so she could be a victim and get more attention

Or those Jewish guys that did nazi poses at Richard Spencer's speech so they could call it a nazi rally, even though they and tila tequila were the only ones doing it

Thats just what the media wants you to think he is saying

I think the ship of presidents trying to avoid taking sides in racially charged issues dividing the country sailed with our last president. As for my thoughts on this, right at the start of my original post I am quite clear I think it's a stupid thing to say - but not because there isn't a fair point in it. It's stupid because... Well, Aviator said it best:

Everyone knows what he's saying. People realize it is a fair enough point (see: my OP and the prevalence of false flags) though it flies in the face of certain popular political narratives. Even though what he is saying is pretty clear, and it is a fair point, political motivations and the popularity of hating Trump are going to lead to so much faux outrage that it will be the next popular Trump hating talking point for everyone to overreact to.

But go ahead, pull your Fawlty Callahan routine. Tell me what's "on my tombstone" or to "make my day" or whatever the hell makes you feel like you're properly expressing your incredulity. We're all very impressed and your outrage is properly virtue signaled.

Please, you're hedging so hard you're practically a privet.

Stick with horticultural references. It's a hell of a lot better than that "That'll be on your tombstone!" garbage.

Let me break down the thread:

Trump: "Let's remember that sometimes these hate crimes are false flags."
Normal people: "Stupid thing to say 'cause it will be taken out of context, but it's obvious that some are hoaxes."
Fawlty: "Trump blames the victims of hate crimes and so does everyone who agrees with him!"

This guy has been so desperate to make thing stick that he's turning into a full-blown troll. Did you see his false humility after Trump won? It was priceless. Ha made a big stink before the election that he was going to rub Clinton's win in everyone's face, and he showed up after the election with his tail between his legs saying that he would have been humble "in victory". He then acted all cordial for about a week (as long as he could hold out) before resuming with his hateful rhetoric as usual. Now look at him; ignoring context, even adverbs, to make anything stick. Salty Fawlty, indeed.

With rape and hate crimes, the left has created an environment where duo process and proper investigations aren't necessary to get action and headlines.

You're preaching to the choir Snitch. There is a reason this guy is always floating to the top of my "worst posters" list. The guy is just smart enough to shamelessly push a divisive and unfailingly partisan narrative without losing his façade of not being a shill along the way.

Yeah, it was one of many gems from this election cylce. You ended up looking pretty darned good at the end of it too.

This is a useful resource I found from that thread.
