they'd have more evidence and intel in the months long investigation thus far.

That being said the only way he could conceivably get away w/ firing him to me is if he is indeed completely innocent. In that mindset, this would then be a complete waste of time and money

i look at it this way, he's probably more likely than not to be guilty of SOMETHING, i doubt anything crazier than anyone else does but still

But i sincerely doubt he's a micromanager at this level, nor during the election. It's a very real possibility that if anything happened he might have plausible deniability. He's likely much more like W than Obama, in that he's not actually planning or strategizing shit
now the son in law on the other hand, that's a whole different situation

It would not be obstruction of justice as Trump has plenty of legitimate reasons to do so. How it effects him politically I'm not sure. But it would probably be better than to continue having this swamp rat stealing his emails, leaking fake information to the MSM, and building a fake case against him.
