It is on that level. This is an investigation on a foreign governments (Russia) invovement in our Presidential election and what involvement the Trump campaign had in coordination with that foreign governments influence.

At the end of the day the real involvement might include ONLY senior members of the Trump campaign and Trump may get nailed for OOJ because his TINY ego is so concerned that he didn't outright win the election on his own that he went and slowed down or impeded the investigation.
