IIRC, after he recovered from being shot, he was medically unfit for infantry work - so the mad bugger became a test pilot for the CAF instead!:D

You can appreciate why a man like that would never want to make friends with a guy like Shatner.

Mueller, along with the rest of washington clearly has a vendetta. This is way happens when you start to drain the swamp...the swamp fights back and silly libs follow.

If he's draining the swamp, how come most people that lose their jobs are people that he put there to begin with?

And why so many from Goldman Sachs and so many big corp CEO's and higher ups combined with idiots who are barely qualified?
Could it be that President Donald Trump DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE FUCK HE'S DOING?

The role wasn't originally written as Scottish. When they cast Doohan, he suggested it because Scotland produced a large number of skilled engineers, particularly during the glory days of ship building.

I meant that a man who's fought and suffered wounds in war wouldn't have much patience for Shat's self important crap.

Oh, and my Wiki-Fu is weak today:oops: Doohan, after being wounded by friendly fire on D Day, which included having a finger amputated, trained as a pilot with the Royal Canadian Artillary, flying spotter aircraft. In my defence, while never actually a member of the RCAF, he was once labeled, "the craziest pilot in the Canadian Air Force". In 1945, he flew a plane between telegraph poles just to prove it could be done!:cool:

And THEN he went on to acting.

Even so, seems like picking the known conman with no grasp of policy was objectively the worse choice.

I never said i voted for Trump I was just hopefully optimistic about the "fun" of his presidency.

So the underlying story of the Transition Team emails is they didn't read the TOS they agreed to when opening accounts on it. But the bigger story is Trump put in a Reagan Admin fixer/cleaner named Beckler, he was a lawyer before his appointment at the Guiliani Law Firm, and helped clean-up Ollie North Iran Contra mess back in the day for Reagan. Anyways this guy is put into the GSA and has an agreement with Trump Admin that should he get any requests from Mueller that he send all the emails to the Admin first so they can "clean them" of any Executive Privilege correspondences, then they'd send them back to the GSA and Beckler and that batch would be sent to Mueller. Problem being Beckler died. And Trump didn't replace him, so a 30 year career GSA employee has been acting director for 4-5 months now.

There was no legal basis for the agreement between Trump Admin and Beckler. Acting director didn't break any laws, in actuality he followed them. Trump team was acting on the belief that the emails from the Transition team period would have been "fixed" and thus very well could have been lying their asses off to Mueller all along - which is why there is the epic freak out right now.

$10 says Trumpers claim Hillary had Beckler killed for this very reason.

you want to talk crazy, ill give you crazy
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_Churchill
Lieutenant-Colonel John Malcolm Thorpe Fleming Churchill, DSO & Bar, MC & Bar (16 September 1906 – 8 March 1996), was a British Army officer who fought throughout the Second World War armed with a longbow, bagpipes, and a basket-hilted Scottish broadsword.

Nicknamed "Fighting Jack Churchill" and "Mad Jack", he was known for the motto: "Any officer who goes into action without his sword is improperly dressed."
Churchill was said to be unhappy with the sudden end of the war, saying: "If it wasn't for those damn Yanks, we could have kept the war going another 10 years!"[12]

And the last British soldier to score a confirmed kill with a Longbow!

Also, see you and raise: Robert Blair, "Paddy" Mayne, DSO and Three Bar, Cruix de Gerre, Legion of Honour and discribed as, "the bravest man who never won a VC". Indeed, it was believed the only reason Mayne wasn't awarded the highest honour was because of his unfortunate habit of getting drunk and Mark Hunting superior officers:)

Founder member(and later CO)of the SAS. Personally destroyed 47 Luftwaffe planes during one raid on a German airfield. During another raid, the Germans had stationed a guard for nearly every plane. Paddy worked his way through the airfield, knifing the guards to death before planting explosives on the planes. When he RV'd with the rest of his unit, he was soaked in blood, and when questioned cheerfully pointed out that it wasn't his.

A giant of a man - he'd played Rugby for the British Lions against the Springboks - Mayne was so strong that on one raid, when they ran out of explosives, he tore the instrument panel of the last aircraft apart with his bare hands! On another patrol, a fellow SAS soldier annoyed Mayne by complaining about the heat. Mayne picked him up with one hand, held over a hundred foot drop and snarled, "One more word from you and that's your lot!" The poor bastard didn't speak again until they were back at camp.

But, you know what, if she was in power, I’d say investigate inside and out. Launch five investigations if you have to.

It’s not a partisan thing. We should WANT to know if our leaders are up to shady shit, and we should want to know how shady it is.

That’s why I can’t take these Trumpbots who don’t want to know just because it’s their guy. That attitude is disgraceful.
'Tis the season for some treason!

Amazing. Thanks for the write up.

Nothing? He’s already got two guilty pleas from significant positions in the campaign.

Yes, and neither of have anything to do with Trump or Russian election meddling.

And now that the Mueller team has been thoroughly discredited to the point it may be shut down soon...we can't even really trust and accept those guilty pleas.

A vendetta? Do you even know what that word means?

You believe what you're told. Lifelong republican and unanimously appointmented to his FBI position by Congress, veteran, impeccable career....and you allege this man has a longstanding blood feud with republican president Trump?

To call you 'pathetic' is piling on.

Good luck.

Fair enough. Change the word vendetta to 'agenda' and then the a deep breath.
