Law Trump just pardoned 1.5k rioters and Proud Boys.....

The argument of "well they have good pay and benefits so it can't be a thankless job" doesn't really hit the point of why it's a thankless job. A job can be thankless making $40k or $400k and vice versa. Your comments for example minimizing them highlights this.

How do you suggest the taxpayers thank police officers other than make sure they are well paid with good benefits? Sucks their dicks?

Intentionally ambiguous or exactly on point depending how you want to look at it.

What he did NOT do was lie like Biden did about pardoning Hunter and issuing blanket pardons. The distinction between the two scenarios needs to be examined more, particularly by the left.

I can safely criticize Trump all day for doing what he said he was gonna do however I can also boil it down safely into a very simple equation for everyone on either side.

Our (former) POTUS, that YOU voted for, lied to us about the pardons.
Our (current) POTUS, that I voted for, told the truth about the pardons.

Can't get down to brass tax any more than that.

Exactly. They nitpick and misrepresent everything Trump says and hand wave all of Biden's blatant lies.

Andy's problem is that he is completely ruled by his emotions and his range is limited to anger and spite. He is a toxic presence on this forum.
Ah! Yes, when you're piling on with spiteful ad hominem full of projection out of the blue that totally means I'm the one out of the two of us who is toxic here.

<YeahOKJen>

Maybe, maybe not; it doesn't make me wrong.

I invite everyone to note the post count and join date of these two Lite Brite masters and to join me while I point and laugh.
Peacocking about post count is like bragging about how much you pay for sex. Not a good look

Who did I vote for? I was very adamant I had never voted for Biden and wouldn’t be voting for Harris. I also didn’t vote for a traitor like you did. Since you brought it up this thread isn’t about Biden and his shitty pardons. How soon you seem to have forgotten.
So you didn’t vote at all or threw away your vote

Andy, you pile on all the time.

You should go make a thread about what you wrote in the lounge.
Keep slugging. You might hit a nerve eventually. But what a sad pursuit,

So you didn’t vote at all or threw away your vote

I left it blank, I didn’t like any of the candidates. In general I don’t consider voting for a 3rd party as throwing it away though. If people want to crack the 2 party system it takes people voting 3rd parties to do it.

One of the dudes Fat Trump pardoned has already been arrested again. This winner was throwing explosive devices at the Capitol Police on January 6th.
Back the Blue.

Why are you correlating money with thankfulness? Do people appreciate a wall street executive more than a firefighter or a doctor because the CEO makes a lot more money and has a massive stock payout? This conversation started about the thankless job of putting their lives on the line and potentially risk their lives over things as routine as traffic stops. Not how much money they making doing overtime or their pension. Again, your comments simply reinforce my point.

Probably going to see a lot of this over the next few months.

I am equating public funds and how they are awarded to public servants as gratitude, yes. I wouldn't equate private funds with public gratititude because that's retarded. Which, of course, is how you ended up there.

I don't wanna hear Trump supporters whining about stuff like ACAB
Did these guys (even some that didn't attack cops) get arrested and spend 4 years in jail? Than what's the bid deal?
or BLM lol
No need. They ate themselves alive via corruption these past 3 years. So much so that they lost all of their $$ backers and are struggling to stay afloat even virtually online.

Lol that wasn't the point at all, you keep trying to use money as the talking point but the point I made there (all my points actually) was money literally has nothing to do with what I'm talking about.

But I see you want to use this "but they get paid decent money and that's all that matters" to avoid the point I am actually making about their perception and appreciation by the public, apparently from someone like you so I'll leave you to it.

Lol even the people that assaulted cops got pardoned.
Keep in mind... they did 4 years and NEVER found guilty of "insurrection".

Not sure about the state you are in but.....

In Tennessee, assaulting a police officer is a Class E felony, which carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 60 days in jail and a $10,000 fine. The penalty can be increased to a Class C felony if the assault involved a deadly weapon or caused serious bodily harm.

So uuuuummm... exactly how long did you want them to continue being in jail? Just curious.

Name one job that the public goes out of their way to show their appreciation to.

Lol okay bro. I'll be looking forward to your "defund the police" and "police brutality lock em up" posts when we get the next incident(s). You're gonna fit right in.
