This is a deal. What concessions are you looking for? Ukraine is now the Holy Land or some shit? If Western nations wanted them to continue as is, they'd give them more help than merely using them as a money laundering operation.

Without NATO actually helping them out and putting boots on the ground, this was always the end game, because Ukraine can't win the war on their own. They're not negotiating from a place of strength. The bill came due. They have to negotiate, and they will certainly get the short end of the stick. Should've been done a long time ago, if the only plan was to just give them billions of dollars and weapons every other month to maintain a stalemate.
