And "the right side" is Putin? What they are talking about is giving parcels of Ukraine's land away to Russia, that's the idea of a "peace deal." Russia could just leave and there would be peace. Giving them more of Ukraine's land only emboldens Putin to invade others in the future, including Ukraine again. He got Crimea last time, he's going to get more Ukraine land this time, yet he isn't going to invade again when it has only led to getting more land and resources in the past? Pretty naive to think this is any kind of a peace deal.

The only way to really stop russian agression would be with boots on the field. Anything other than that it's a waste of money and people being killed pointless.

I mean, they seem pretty well stopped right now. They've suffered over 800,000 casualties and in 3 years have hardly progressed 100km from their starting point.

At their current rate of progress it will take them over 30 years just to capture the provinces Putin has annexed on paper, let alone the entire country.

A question supposed to put me in the morally wrong lane. Naive approach. I want wars to not even start. Imperialist wars on smaller neighbors responsible for death and destruction with the aim of suppression. I want the bully punished so that he doesn't do it again on someone else or some other bully somewhere else getting courage from this. That is actually being humane, not counting the overpriced weapons as money. That's what happens when you think in the frame in which you think, you claim you want to end it because of the killing when in fact all you are doing is rewarding the killer, who has started to become very exhausted as a result of the answer to his agression.

As of October of last year the Pentagon estimated over 600,000 casualties. 2024-2025 has been the most costly year for Russia so far.

Your narrative examples are bullshit to anyone that actually has been following the war. Russia is not making progress and has not made significant progress. Ukraine literally controls more of Russia than Russia captured in Ukraine over almost the entire year. Whether or not they can absorb the losses is irrelevant if they're not actually making progress towards their objectives.
