Russia can't keep up with the equipment attrition indefinitely. Literally just have to keep doing what we're doing and they'll be out of equipment eventually. What makes you think they aren't? Poland has given more than ten times the tanks we have. They've turned their country into an international logistics and repair hub for the entire world and Ukraine. European countries are hosting and expensing millions of refugees from our conflicts and this war. They've also footed the majority of the direct financial support to the Ukrainian government.

Every country that is seriously involved in this conflict is meeting or exceeding their gdp military spending goals for NATO membership.
