You could pipe it in from anywhere really. We have so much from the Mississippi that we have to divert it. But piping it into Cali from the north makes some sense. Feds pay for piping outside of Cali and Cali pays running it through the state. I dont know that the pipeline will cost more than the feds are likely to pony up gor what just happened. Or Cali could build a big desalination plant that can do 50k m3 of water per day. Cali just needs to focus on this. Saudi has one that produces 600k m3 (160k gallons) per day of fresh water and cost 500M. They don't want to spend the money on it but need to...

i don't know where they are going to manage to come up with the funding for such a project when the department of government efficiency already needs to spend millions of dollars to change the gulf of mexico on all of their countries maps.

i would suggest cutting health insurance and social security and slashing funding to public schools but that's probably just going cover the tax cuts for those rich corporate ceo billionaires who donated some of their money to trump and his election campaign.

can the government control the price of groceries, or are they simply just to blame every time somebody doesn't like the cost of their eggs? perhaps that would be something to look into to help pay for that pipeline.

The plant in Saudi that produces 630k cost 500M for its Al Khobar RO2 plant built in the last few years. But even if its a billion...We send much more than that to Ukraine. It's possible. Just need to focus on it. Cali collected 230B in taxes last year on its own. Anyway. It's just an idea for getting the fresh water they need.

why go through all of the time and effort to build pipelines when they can just do what donald said and turn off the taps on all of those rivers coming into the united states from canada and entering into the pacific ocean?

i'm not sure if orange einstein over here understands how gravity works or how water flows but it's a genius and mentally stable idea and i'm sure that it will solve everything.
