This view is pretty common when it comes to the 2A . . . so spare me.“I really don’t give a shit about these people’s right to have their votes counted,” which is pretty fucked up.

Source it, please. I am quite curious to see from what ridiculous place you got this idea. It’s totally correct.
Lmao what??This view is pretty common when it comes to the 2A . . . so spare me.
Lmao what??
With the 2A, there is wide disagreement over whether certain things are or are not infringements.
—There is no disagreement that when a state certifies an election for one candidate, that candidate gets the electoral votes of that state under the laws of that state.
I respect you @spamking but this is one of the worst arguments I think I’ve ever heard. Spare me this shit.
Um…no?
They want to defund needed government agencies because they are butthurt that they are supporting someone for POTUS who is charged (and now convicted) with dozens of felonies.
It’s pretty fucked up, actually.
It’s an insane level of corruption: “How dare you charge our candidate for the crimes you have evidence that he committed! Reeee!”
I mean….seriously?
Source it, please. I am quite curious to see from what ridiculous place you got this idea.
No, YOU source it. You said above "It’s an insane level of corruption: “How dare you charge our candidate for the crimes you have evidence that he committed! Reeee!”
So what evidence are you talking about and what is the source?
There’s no hypocrisy, if I am understanding your argument correctly.I'm not sure why you're getting upset about this . . . I very clearly stated . . . everyone plays the victim when it's convenient. People complain about the violation of rights when it's convenient to their argument or ignore it when it's convenient to do so.
Trump is a dirtbag who tramples on rights when it helps his image. Just like Biden and others have done with the 2A.
I'm not arguing for anything. I'm pointing out the hypocrisy.
The evidence laid out in the indictments by the Special Counsel, obviously. In FL you can add to that the items admitted into evidence in court. I’ll even do you the favor of linking them here and here. No, YOU source it. Were/Are you in that cult as well?
A) Not a rant, a factual statement.
B) You're in a cult bud, and your cult leader is going to jail.
You'll thank me later (well, assuming you don't drink the Kool-Aid in the end when Trump asks you to die for him).
There’s no hypocrisy, if I am understanding your argument correctly.
You and other gun owners may feel that your rights are being violated when Dems pass a law like (for example) a safe storage law, or a firearms registry. But it’s not at all clear that is in fact the case, and in fact we’d argue that there’s ample legal/historical evidence that shows it is not a violation of the 2A.
On the flip side, there is no denying that the states determine their voting laws, the means of certifying results, the means of deciding disputes, and the laws by which electors are selected.
In my state, WI, the election was certified for Biden who won 1,630,866 - 1,610,184. Under the laws of the state, Biden gets all the electors of the state. If one tries to toss those and submit electors for Trump instead, then you’ve illegally disenfranchised more than 1.6 million voters (including me).
There’s no way around that. It isn’t debatable or arguable. And I happen to be grateful to live in a country where I have some voice in the system, and I take my right to vote seriously. AFAIC, someone choosing to vote for the guy who tried to illegally invalidate my vote is giving me a personal “Fuck You.” That’s absolutely how I view it.
The evidence laid out in the indictments by the Special Counsel, obviously. In FL you can add to that the items admitted into evidence in court. I’ll even do you the favor of linking them here and here.
Your claim is that evidence exists for “every living president but one” by which they could be charged for these same crimes.
Which is nonsense. But let’s see it.
Ok, in response to your ridiculously idiotic post, the evidence is here
Soooo that document literally says they didn’t have the evidence to charge Biden under that statute.Ok, in response to your ridiculously idiotic post, the evidence is here
We’re dealing with some very special people here.a report that yielded no crimes and no recommended charges is supposed to be evidence that every living president has committed the same crime, specifically falsifying business documents after using campaign money to illicitly influence an election while paying off whores from the gangbang videos that they cheated on their wives with?
intardasting.
which whore from Latina Booty #9 was bush jr. banging before his elections if you don't mind me asking? if we are going to do our whatabout's and try to make the whole "same thing" argument, let's start with that and then we can work our way up. what was her(their) name(s)?
I'm not arguing for or against anything . . . I'm simply pointing out what I've said about people being very selective when they play the victim and or play the outrage game. Some people are fine with one right being impacted and completely ignore another right being impacted. There’s no hypocrisy, if I am understanding your argument correctly.
Soooo that document literally says they didn’t have the evidence to charge Biden under that statute.
I eagerly await your mountains of evidence for the other living presidents, plus of course all of the various pieces of evidence for the other felony charges that Trump is facing.
I’m sure you’ll be supplying those any minute now….
We’re dealing with some very special people here.
I posted that to prove how idiotic your previous post was. And then you double down on the moron-level by claiming to have scoured through all 388 pages in NINE MINUTES.
Next I bet you'll try to claim you already knew what was in the 388 pages and didn't need to read it again.
Again, I'll give you the opportunity to provide the evidence that got Trump convicted, like you claimed in your original post. Just do it.
lmao, he isn't playing. Why are you asking people for basic information that has been covered in the press ad nauseam, for weeks now? All that information is available to you. You shouldn't rely, nor ask, others to do this work for you. Take the time to educate yourself.
That being said: The trial introduced numerous pieces of evidence. You had scores of financial documents showing payments from Cohen to the National Inquirer, and then payments from Trump to Cohen. You had the testimony of both Cohen and the douche from the Inquirer confirming that these payments were to bury the story about trump fucking a porn star. And this testimony was backed by evidence of previous conversations between these parties (texts, emails, etc.) where they are clearly talking about burying stories on behalf of trump in exchange for cash.
Now if you don't believe any of that, fine, make your case. But we are way beyond the point where you can play dumb and ask "what evidence?"

Well, certainly common in the Republican party. Not so for the overall populace. This view is pretty common when it comes to the 2A . . . so spare me.
Serious question: Are you PLAYING stupid? Not factual at all. Sounds like scientology.
