what did she do other than sleeping with him? misappropriate funds? what other shady stuff is she doing with the trump case?

Except that they weren't Co-workers when they started seeing each other (allegedly), so not even that.

The allegation is that she hired him on (from out of his private practice) and that this trial is just a sham to enrich them and fund their affair.

Absolutely ridiculous, considering he'd be making twice as much money if he were still just doing private practice.

Could you argue unfair hiring practices... sure, I guess, but that decision is hers alone isn't it? Also, in no way does their alleged relationship harm the prosecution of this Rico case in any way, and he looks to be very qualified for the gig from what I've read.
It's funny that one of the defendants of the Rico case is bringing this shit up, like.... what's the allegation, that she hired somebody unqualified to do the job? Would that not be to the defendant's benefit?

Have you heard anybody name a statute that she allegedly contravened? Nope, 'cause this is a nothingburger, another in a long line trying to get her off the case because Donnie Nodick is shitting his pants.... literally.

I don't know. I'm waiting for the side making a big fuss about this to explain exactly what they think happened and how it could possibly effect the outcome of the trial.

So far, no one has done so.

I’m not stating this is the uncovering of some deep corruption therefore trump is innocent

I think Biden should just delay the 2024 elections in fairness to Trump so he can get his legal affairs in order. That way he can run unincumbered without all these legal woes hanging over his head. As King President of the United States, he can do anything he wants, even Donald Trump agrees with that.

yeah thats right. and since a president has full and absolute immunity from the law, biden should just abuse the fuck out of his authority, declare martial law, and order the election postponed indefinately just for the hell of it. or at least until the crackhead pillow salesman brings some of that evidence of that stolen election to court and then proves it, so basically there won't be any more elections, and dementia joe and the biden crime syndicate will rule with an iron fist for another 172 years until one of mike lindell's ancestors digs up some suitcases of missing trump ballots from the bottom of lake erie and then hauls them into a courtroom.

i mean why not? he's the president. he should be able to do whatever he wants. this is the kind of rule that the republicans are clamoring for, so i'm sure they'd even get behind this too.

I have a good friend who suggests that there won't even be an election. It will be cancelled over 'National Security" concerns and then we descend into tyrannical dictatorship....wait, aren't we already there?

my personal feeling is that no way Donald is allowed to run. we're reaching the Hillary Zone here. He's overweight, has a shitty diet, under enormous stress, etc.

a 'heart attack' is perfectly believable and will be ruled as the cause of death.

end of problem.

and yes, we are truly fucked.

If that were to actually happen, I'd join the following civil war on your side.

Fortunately, that is a fantastical delusion. There will be an election, as there has been every 4 years for centuries. There will be a republican nominee running for the presidency. However, you seem to be under the delusion that you have some kind of unalienable human right to have one specific candidate on the ballot. You don't. The republican party is a private entity. They can nominate whoever they want.

When your delusional prediction fails to come true, will you be taking a step back to analyze how poor your political analysis is?
