Law Trump Georgia indictment watch

Judge: 'That's it'

Judge Robert McBurney joked with the press after signing off on indictments from the jury — without reading names of defendants.

"That's it."

this is it.

apparently trump's team got written permission by elected officials to look at the machines and they were let inside. cnn somehow turns this into "machine tampering" (<Lmaoo>) even though they were apparently invited. CNN didn't even verify the substance of the invitation letter, but they published this filth anyway.

from that CNN article:

A ‘written invitation’ to access voting systems

On January 1, 2021 – days ahead of the January 7 voting systems breach – Katherine Friess, an attorney working with Giuliani, Sidney Powell and other Trump allies, shared a “written invitation” to examine voting systems in Coffee County with a group of Trump allies.

That group included members of Sullivan Strickler, a firm hired by Trump’s attorneys to examine voting systems in the small, heavily Republican Georgia county, according to text messages obtained by CNN.

That same day, Friess sent a “Letter of invitation to Coffee County, Georgia” to former NYPD Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik, who was working with Giuliani to find evidence that would back up their baseless claims of potential widespread voter fraud, according to court documents filed as part of an ongoing civil case.

Friess then notified operatives who carried out the Coffee County breach and others working directly with Giuliani that Trump’s team had secured written permission, the texts show.

CNN has not reviewed the substance of the invitation letter itself, only communications that confirm it was provided to Friess, Kerik and Sullivan Strickler employees.

In a statement provided to CNN after the story published, an attorney for Sullivan Strickler said the firm “is not and has never been part of a ‘Pro-Trump team’ or any ‘team’ whose goal is to undermine our democracy through lies and conspiracy theories about the 2020 election.”
Yeah, those elected officials will be in deep shit too if this story is true. What these people are alleged to have done is not “look” at the machines, as you put it—but rather is copy every aspect of the voting machine system.
This isn’t even some new filth from your friends at CNN, it was reported a few months back that a team hired by S. Kraken, Esq (that’s a joke obviously, I’m talking about Sidney Powell) was allowed by Republicans in the state to access machines and illegally copy their details. Doing that enables one to test out different methods of attacks on the machines to see where they are vulnerable and can be manipulated. There’s video footage of the team there.

Side note: this footage is also interesting because it shows a GOP official named Cathy Latham was there at the election office with them for more than 4 hours. Cathy Latham was a fake elector of Trump’s, and previously swore under oath that she was not at the election office that night. Clearly, she lied.

Anyway, it’s all alleged and we’ll see what it entails. But what’s being described is very serious, you continue to not understand what constitutes crimes. If these allegations are true, they’re serious crimes.

edit: fixed first link.

the judge has already signed off and done his part. now we're just gonna have to wait until the indictments become public and the justice department puts out a statement

CNN is saying 10 indictments. They don’t have the official document yet, so make of that what you will.

we wont know the amount of charges against him until the indictments are unsealed. he's probably going to be facing alot. that docket that "leaked" out there earlier showed that they were going after him on what appeared to be 251 seperate counts. as to the accuracy or legitimacy of that, its anybodies guess.

but it appears as if fanni willis just got everything that she was asking for, so they're gonna go after him on everything that they wanted to try him on.

rudy giuliani and lindsay graham are melting down on twitter and fox news right now lol

rudy knows he's gonna get indicted. "If others are implicated as well as Trump, the indictment ain't going to leave me out."

i wonder if lindsay graham has a part in this?

Ah my bad, I misread it as indicted on 10 counts. Not 10 separate indictments. Fuck if the 251 figure is true...
