If I had voted for a politician who's also a businessman that can't even get a loan in my country anymore I'd be at least somewhat suspicious if one of his organizations shuts down due to accusations of illegal dealings by an attorney general. I hope I never get so pathetic that I defend a politician no matter what (and yes, there is middle ground between strongly condemning and blindly defending).

When Trump entered in the presidential race he should of dismantled all businesses and charities, of course is political opponents are going to hunt for things .. anything to get him, which may or may not be his own doing

Everything we see shows Trump was living off leveraged dollars and needed multiple ballouts before and after his numerous bankrutpcies to survive it all.

The last few bailouts have been by Deutsche bank utilizing Russian, Arab or even Drug and other crime money. Add on top of that its clear he was syphoning off hundreds of millions from his Charity. Add to that his fraudulent University and other endeavours. Add to that he needs Russians and Arabs and Crime figures to buy his condo's at many multiples over market price which was either part of money laundering or to curry favour and it all seems that Trump could never survive based on honest business merits. It honestly looks like he might well run one of the largest criminal empires in the US.

Nothing I have said is hyperbole btw.

He is probably worth around 1-3 billion, so in the worst case scenario he actually lost money IIRC taking inflation into account. That's terrible. To be fair, he had a great run in the late 80s but he crashed in the 90s and recovered somewhat as a reality show celebrity. His real strength is TV, not real estate.

Well, I believe I've read that if just liquidated his inheritance and just put it in the market he'd be doing better than he is now.
