I just got back from voting. Waited in line for 2 hours. They served us drinks, Little Cesar's pizzas, little bags of chips, and various other snacks. That was considerate of voting officials.

It's illegal to give someone water if they're standing in a voting line here in Ga.

But that's not considered voter suppression.

It's 150' from the polling location, which should be indoors. If there is a line outdoors, then yes, you can get water. And its to prevent anyone from handing you ANY material, including poltical stuff.
