Like I always say Trump has a bad combo of irrational confidence, giant ego and low IQ.
Trump has already lost the case they are just trying to figure out what he pays, so it is a brilliant move to piss off the judge who decides your fate.
But then again he is the same dude claiming Mar A Lago is worth a billion, even though it has a restricted use and only a measly 30 million in revenue. Nobody with even an ounce of business sense would spend a billion on that paltry ROI. But he keeps saying it because the Rubes are dumb enough to buy it.

What you are witnessing by Trump’s lawyers is what is known as a legal Hail Mary. That is how proper fucked is Donny. Start preparing your self Trump Fan Bois it is going to end up very bad for your hero.
They are trying to appeal on Judge Bias, which this Judge is way too smart to fall into and when you have a reputation as a terrible client that does not pay, you have mediocre lawyers that are telegraphing it. This is why they are doing the bias angle so heavily.
Trump has already lost the case, which no right wing media will tell you, this portion is to figure out what he pays. It is a bold strategy, Cotton to piss off the guy who decides what you pay, which is why you are witnessing a legal Hail Mary.
