Hard to tell, it was heavily edited like Trump's recent Fox interview. Plus Trump said Texas while in Arizona. Trumps dementia is really showing more and more.

You guys dumb? Full clip is here, start at 1 hour and 3 min. Question is about the border in general. He clearly says “here (as in AZ), Texas, Texas is actually doing something with Abbott doing a great job, unlike here (Arizona). Literally a clear point. Imagine thinking a 6 second clip, out of context, is Trump losing his mind, when is was a clear and accurate point.

In fairness, I have to agree there would be a comma between here and Texas, were it to appear in print. He does a lot of dumb shit but this isn't one of those occasions, I don't believe.
