he's terrified lol. the party of law and order and personal accountability sure seems to have a problem with following the law and being held accountable for their crimes. you just love to see it.

and lmao at still trying to bring up that whole Disclaimer thing. he really wants to keep running with that? just because you post a message at the top of your financial statements saying that all or some of the material you are submitting is bullshit or might be bullshit, that doesnt give you a lawful right to lie and fraudulently misrepresent yourself and feed them a bunch of bullshit information and numbers that you know was bullshit. you can sharpie in whatever cute little thing in whatever cute little language you want up there. they go by the actual numbers and values that you are submitting, and you are still subjected to follow the rules.

putting some kind of disclaimer on your tax returns or financial statements isnt going to protect you from shit. you still have to follow the law. if anything, throwing up a disclaimer should be an early red flag to the IRS and any investigators, knowing that something isn't going to add up, and theres likely going to be some funny business going on, and they should definately look deeper into it. i mean shit, if youre gonna do that, you may as well be writing "Disclaimer: There Are No Drugs Inside Of This Package" or "Disclaimer: If there are drugs inside of this package I wasn't aware of it!" onto a box while throwing some bundles of cocaine into the box and then going through border security with it. yeah buddy, customs aint gonna search that box at all and they're totally not gonna arrest you because that clever little disclaimer thingy is going to stop them dead in their tracks.

they thought they were being clever and sneaky by doing that, but they have found out real quickly that that's not how it works and it will not give them a hall pass to engage in fraud.

Once again he thinks his dumb base will eat the bullshit sandwiches he is feeding them about Mar A Lago. Its current use is all Palm Beach will allow. He knew that when he bought. Nobody is paying a billion for a resort that has only 30 million in revenue. For the Trump Rubes, revenue does not equal profit.
