But, as a measure of one's ability to engage in perception management, Steph is clearly a powerful voice. Unemployment is at 0.5% less than when Obama left office and Trump has done NOTHING at all to affect the stock market's growth. He's put nothing into place that made that happen. Investors are hopeful for the things he's said he would do but he's too busy tweeting and having his efforts fall short to be effective thus far.
