This is not true at all. While Muhamadeens do generally have more children on average, its not so much more and there is also socio-economic deprivation among them which is another limiting factor.
You also aren't factoring the huge numbers of the younger generation in the West who are choosing to abandon Islam and become non-practicing as they get more educated through the internet about the truth of what it teaches.
