He's been about as mindful of federalism as one could hope here, so if you are in one of the areas that adopted more extreme measures, that would have been done by your governor or mayor.

Authoritarians don't do anywhere near enough for their people. That's kind of one of the main problems. What a stupid sentence for you to think, much less write.

He's been mindful of federalism how? By failing to act, telling the states to fend for themselves during a pandemic, or urging on armed protesters to liberate the statewide orders that his admin set out the guidelines for in the first place?
