Opinion Trump and the UFC - Neutral Take...

I find it very distasteful since I don't care for Trump at all but on some level the UFC owes a debt to him for the fact that he allowed them in his venues when the sport was young and stigmatized. And it’s his company so Dana can do what he wants, certainly other entertainment entities won't make their political preferences a secret so I guess Dana's entitled to do the same with his firm.
Dana doesn’t own the UFC (at least not a majority shareholder). He represents the company, and manages it. But it’s not his. Pedantic maybe…..

People really care about this? Are leftist politicians not allowed at UFC events? Seems like some people can't stand seeing Trump portrayed in a positive light. I'm not seeing how it is propaganda when Trump's already been elected. It was a positive moment that could bring people together. Kaepernick kneeling was a divisive move meant to disrespect this country over a made up issue. The same people upset about Trump going to a UFC event defended that piece of shit Kaepernick's attention whoring.

"information, especially of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view."

That definition does not hinge on the person being already elected or in power. Governing bodies produce propaganda routinely.

You think in terms adequate to a manchild, not a rational adult.

"You lost the culture war!" - even to interpret a situation in those terms evinces the buffoonery of treating political and social issues as if they were sports competitions, us against them.

It must be comforting to act like there was no culture war after you already lost it.

This, because he made an appearance? He's been going to UFC fights for decades.
